WorkingStatus
The streaming work-line shown over the chat composer while Elle is actively working: a small spinner, a shimmer label, and an elapsed-seconds counter. Not a loader (use Spinner) and not the live-agent glyph (use ThinkingOrb).

House rules
- Copy stays honest: pass `label` with the real, nameable work ("3 agents working") when you have it; omit or pass null to fall back to the ambient rotating phrases.
- Driven by a `visible` boolean — it renders nothing and resets its timer when not visible, so mount it unconditionally and toggle `visible` rather than conditionally rendering it.
- One per chat surface, over the composer. It owns its own seconds timer; never wrap it in another status row.
