Names a form control. Every Input, Textarea, Select trigger, Checkbox, Switch, and RadioGroupItem gets one.

• Wire the pair with htmlFor and id; the label extends the click target and gives the control its accessible name.
• Label is mixed-case body type. Mono uppercase section markers are SectionLabel, never a restyled Label.
