House rules

• Every chat surface uses this static avatar. The animated orb is the marketing hero sun only (founder ruling); it never appears in conversations.
• Two sizes, sm (28px) and md (32px); no custom sizing classes.
• animate pulses the mark itself (the sponge-squeeze rhythm); reserve it for surfaces that explicitly show Elle working, not as decoration.
• className merges last for surface-specific color treatments; the circle and mark stay untouched otherwise.
